Acacia - Marbella

My husband I ate at Acacia on 29th May this year. When I tapped in the digits for my PIN the waitress told me they'd been having trouble with the PDQ machine and my payment hadn't been accepted. After completing the process a second time and claiming the PDQ machine still wasn't working, Victor was called. Taking the PDQ machine and asking me for a third time to enter my PIN Victor reassured me that if I had been overcharged, I would be refunded. On retuning to the UK and checking my bank account I had indeed been charged €106.92 three times (see scan). I've been in contact but no refund to date. There's still time ...

Eating at this Level was, before Victor opened this unique located Paradise, not possible in Puerto Banus. Every Dish from his hands is a Treat, not only in Taste, but for all sences. Worth a long Journey. I'll be back for more!

Acacia has moved to right on the beach at the end of Puerto Banus with a magnificent view along the beaches and coast not another place in the whole of Marbella with this view. Now the food WOW what a clever boy Victor is ! from the tiny area in the middle of this small open restaurant, the chef manages to produce the most creative, interesting and flavoursom food. Really , really recommend this original restaurant. This man will be very famous soon! Article about him and his restaurant coming out in July issue of Essential Magazine. We had a perfect evening of wonderful food and special wines and then as it was the night of San Juan, perfect position for firework display and beach bonfire with all the rituals)

The best thing about my stay with my family is the animation team peed and vicky I went with my little boy and spent it phenomenal. I had a small problem and solved it a man of reception with beard was not very happy Spanish with his work and very good waiters very attentive.

We have spent a few days and the truth that everything very well, the excellent receptionists, the waiters alike, the food was very rich, especially we have had a great fun with the animation team, thanks vicky and pedro because they have behaved very well with the children who were in the hotel and of course with the elders, we have spent very good moments with them. a thousand thanks, we'll be back.
