The ambience is good, the place is clean, the cr is clean and the staff is friendly.
Not same as previous tasty dishes are served. So sad....
We were supposed to go to a coffee shop in Ternate for breakfast, but protocols prevented us from proceeding. Good thing Kusina ni Ingga was just along the highway, and it couldn't be missed. We ordered the tapsilog and the lechon kawali, which both tasted alright, considering that it was actually an unplanned breakfast. Special shoutout to the service quality of Ms. Noemi.
