フィードバックを提供するWhen I spoke with the manager, she mentioned that she needed to determine if I was just trying to get free food. No one had taken my name for the order, so there was no way to verify if it was indeed mine. She promised to issue a refund, but it was frustrating to be treated that way after I had been so patient and friendly. I’m quite taken aback by how poorly the situation was handled by the manager. While I understand that the initial mistakes weren't entirely her fault, it’s still disappointing to think that I paid for something I never received. It seems like even a small order was too much for them to manage correctly.
The pizza was tasty, but the chicken strips were fried in old, burnt oil, making them inedible.
I ordered the lunch special, a roast beef sandwich on garlic cheese bread, and it was outstanding! I was also surprised to find that Imo's serves great fries. Overall, it was an incredible experience. I got a hearty sandwich, a generous portion of fries, and a 20oz drink for around $13. Definitely worth it!
Worst Imo is in Stlouis. See you. I lived in Maplewood for years. Hampton has my address deliever, but no more. And Webster will only make pickups, although I'm in the middle of all three. The people who answer the phones are rude, or simply illegally interested in taking my order. So I ordered online and my order is missing items. You're the worst.
Got the Great Tastes of St. Louis Special. Pizza was tasty, ravioli were good too. The provel cheese bites were awesome and so were the cinnimos.
