Poor customer service and twice now they have messed up my

Had a small order, and I am still waiting out front, like I was instructed to, for my food. It's been about 10 minutes, and this is the 2nd time it's happened.

I have gone to this Taco Bell two times both before 10pm which is supposedly the closing time. The first time I was there at 930pm and when I went through the drive thru they said they couldn’t take my order since they were closing. The second time I got there at 940pm all the lights were off and there were 5 cars that belonged to the employees parked outside and they were seating in their cars. Maybe you guys should update your closing time to 9pm and then your employees can be off by 930pm after cleaning etc.

I’ve had only good experiences at this Taco Bell. Everytime i order, the food is always so hot and they make it super fast. They’ve gotten my order wrong only one time but regardless, the food is hot and the service is decent so :
