S' Wiched - Maple Valley

I want to give this place three and a half stars or maybe four stars, but obviously you're only allowed to choose whole numbers .The first time I ate here, was a delivery order, I had the French dip, and a Caesar salad. If I was rating this place based on that experience, it would easily be five stars.That first sandwich was so good it was put together right the au jus what's good enough that I wanted to drink it when I was done. The Caesar salad was really fresh and the dressing really one of the best Caesar dressings I've ever had.The second sandwich I had was there take on a Cuban, which is not a Cuban by any sense of the word, but it's also a really tasty sandwich, albeit a bit messy.I take the points away for the third time I came here, I got the French dip and the Caesar salad again. This time the beef in the French dip was super chewy, the au jus was so salty that I had to add hot water to it to thin it out, and the Caesar although tasty, had a lot of rust colored edges on the lettuce. This would be a four or five star review otherwise.

Wonderful sandwiches that came out very quickly. Great attention to detail and awesome flavors. I got the Cuban, and didn't realize it had come out without bacon, but they realized before I did and brought it out to me.

Quick service. Great food! I had the 4 cheese melt with tomato basil bisque and holy moly my taste buds exploded!

Ordered the fiesta chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The rustic bread was perfect, chicken was super flavorful, and the sauce was the perfect addition. Already can't wait to try the next sandwich from this place!

I ordered a sandwich through Uber Eats during our outdoor church service in 2020, during the pandemic. I chose the Havana because I was craving a Cuban sandwich. While it was good, it didn’t quite measure up to the homemade Cuban sandwiches I’ve had at my Cuban friends’ houses, so I might be a bit spoiled in that regard. It wasn’t bad, just not up to my expectations. Nevertheless, I appreciated having lunch delivered to me, which was definitely a plus. Unfortunately, I recently learned that they will be closing for good. It’s so sad to see small businesses in our community struggle and shut down because of this pandemic. I wish I could have tried more items from their menu before they closed.
