Rascal House Maple Heights, Oh

Ordered a pizza and 6 piece wing over the phone they said an 45-1 hr wait never arrived. Called to tell them it wasn?t here they said it was never an order placed with my name or address. But they took the money off the card. Scammers

My spaghetti was terrible ,they just threw the noodles in the bowl with six dry meatballs no spaghetti sauce,pizza sauce ditto,just a tablespoon of tomato paste.They did me wrong on one of my meals before this incident and when I complained about itone of the managers got disrespectful towards me so I stopped spending my money here for a while,now I try giving them thebenefit of the doubt to do me better with my food and once again they do the same thing so instead of taking the food back andcomplaining for a refund I just will no longer deal with this rascal house in this area. This is the only rascal house thatgives me problems with my food,I am very disappointed.

This rascal house always had solid food and they also have late hours coming in clutch when any other place is actually closed in the suburbs.

The wings are good. veggie pizza is great salat is okay- it is salat with prepacked dressing. veggie grinder sandwich was ok- easy. 4 stars for them.

After rascal house in september had canceled an unsented order to combat my bank, it refused to refund my money and not stand at it.
