Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

Evan and Mia were extremely helpful! I was unsure about which pizza to order, but they helped me decide. In the end, the pizza they recommended was the highlight of my day, maybe even my week! If you have the pleasure of being served by Evan or Mia, know that you are in good hands. Be sure to tip them well! ????

I visited this restaurant on Sunday and was impressed by the excellent customer service provided by the two young male staff members. Despite dealing with a difficult customer, they exhibited great patience and professionalism. They both did an outstanding job!

We absolutely adore Papa Murphy's! The food is always delicious, especially the pizzas at this specific location. We have never been let down by the quality. It's a convenient and easy option for a meal. One suggestion for improvement would be to change the pickup system. It can be quite challenging when my pizzas, cheese bread, and dessert pizza are placed on separate racks without clear labels. It's hard to tell which one is mine. I almost forgot my cheese bread because of the confusion. It would be helpful to have a more organized system. The staff is usually quiet but always pleasant.

Very bad costumer service! A new employee was putting my pizza together and looked as if he needed help! I asked another employee if she could check on him because he looked as if he needed help. The employee told me I needed to be patient and couldgo wait in my car and they would bring it out when it was ready! She continued on making three more pizzas as he still wasstruggling to make mines. I tried speaking with a manger and was told there was no manager on duty and one would contact me atanother time! That never happened!
