フィードバックを提供するThe restaurant was filthy, and I noticed employees playing on their phones while wearing gloves, only to then make sandwiches. I asked for a refund immediately, and the sandwich makers rolled their eyes and sighed loudly as they processed it, more focused on filling their cups with soda than assisting waiting customers. I am thoroughly disgusted with this restaurant and its staff and will never return. I urge potential customers to heed this warning and stay away. Run, don’t walk, from this place.
The subs are delicious, but the staff on a Sunday night seemed to have forgotten all about customer service. With six customers waiting, there should have been a sense of urgency to fulfill the orders, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I understand that working with a difficult team can be challenging, but I was left waiting while two employees debated what toppings belong on a BLT.
I had a disappointing experience today and decided to check out other reviews, which echoed the same issues from two months to a year ago. What troubles me is that the owner or the person responding to these reviews gives the same excuse every time: they have staffing problems. This response appears in reviews dating back two years. It seems that neither the employees nor the owner take these concerns seriously. If they had addressed these problems a year ago when they first acknowledged the staffing issues and mentioned they were "refiguring it out," things might be different now. It's quite disappointing.
Late night. There were 3 'Kid's workers when I arrived. All three ran back when I entered. I thought they'd get the right workers. Two of them came back to get my order. One of the guys seems to train because he needed help a few times. The girl seems to know the most. There were no onions for my order. Luckily, they told me. The 'Kids/Workers' were pleasant, but very, very unprofessional. They should also be reminded of the following when they put their gloves on, they must be extremely careful what they touch next.... including their person (arm, waist, etc.) Hygiene, cleanliness is the number rule when in the food industry.
I came in for the first time today March 9, 2022 at around noon. I noticed that the girl making sandwiches (who was wearing sweatpants and pajamas, by the way), picked up her phone with the protective gloves on, was swiping and texting on the dirty screen, then set the phone down and grabbed a handful of the bacon for my sandwich with those same gloves on. I threw up in my mouth a little bit. I knew right then and there I had to cancel my order and get a refund. I told what I saw to the cashier and I don't think it even registered to him, what I had seen. This staff is disgusting. Not to mention the whole crew was moping around like they were on tranquilizers. It took about two minutes before any even greeted me or made eye contact when I walked in. Absolutely terrible and gross.
