Chuck E. Cheese - Maple Grove

I've been bringing my children here for a few years and this place has always been through. You need to put the 5 stars in the context, this is of course not a fine dining place, but the pizza and other food is always fast and tasty. This situation is usually very clean, but this recent visit was exceptional. It is even Friday night and this place is packed. Manager Joe was very friendly, helpful and when I told him what we were looking for to get, he found a bundle that cost less. I appreciate honesty. The rest of the staff was also friendly and I even heard they help others and their interactions were just as friendly and helpful. Overall we earned our money and had a great time. Has reached the owners, the management and the staff to provide a safe, clean and fun place to take my children.

Came on a week night and it wasn't busy. Very casual evening with the Kiddos. The food was expensive so that we only got riders. The Chuck E cheese mouse was very friendly. came and waved to my niece when he went back.

Visit quiet Tuesday night to celebrate 'Back to school' with the children's cans! As soon as we arrived, the staff treated us as guests of the 1. Great! The manager (Viula, excuse the spelling) helped us download the Chuck E Cheeses app that has a great promotion right now! Kudos to her for the leadership of the team and the promotion of great customer service! Pizza was tasty and the salad bar was fresh and every time in stock! Overall an evening of fun!!!

Terrible experience and super sad went to a friend's birthday party and everything was wrong... the food came out when the party should be over. Children were hungry. A manager was in her pyjamas. They had tons of little teenagers and had no idea what to do. The tables were all dirty, we had to flee for our forks and spoons... the manager that day gave everything on the server. 8/29/2022. And seemed to be awake. Beer is like 9 mice and tastes like water. Sad that a person can pay 250 for a garbage party. Bathrooms were dirty..we didn't get the birthday girls balloons. I'll call the health department how dirty the bathrooms were and the place was. I'll call today.

Brought my niece and daughter here and ordered 8 wings and churros took almost an hour to make. When spoke to manager stated wings takes 45 min to make since they were frozen and needed to fry in oil. I don?t know what fryer takes 45 min to fry but my air fryer takes 8-12min even when frozen. Asked for a refund. If anybody orders food and limited on time DO NOT ORDER WINGS or FOOD they take 45 min in oil fryer!!! Insane for frying anything. Will not order any food next time.
