The owner of the hotel drop the contract with the hotel corporation that renovated the hotel. The hotel do not offers any amenities. Is pricing for night is over price. The pool is a public pool. Maintenance Room are not keep It you see deterioration every where. Some of this picture that you see the old picture some rooms on top of main office are keep decently. Picture with a restaurant at entrance, that is closed. No restaurant on premise. Only in pool hour, they sell food. Reception personal each and individual got the own prices to charged you. Even if you made the reservation, when you get to reception the will tell you other price and will not give you what you reserve over phone. Only 2 star because the housekeeping lady she was the only one with a customer service experience, very helpful on everything. If you passing by one night this is your motel. I do not know how it says it is 4 stars. The room is not even close to what they advertise. Needs updating. The pool area or water park is not clean and it also needs updating. It felt like the local pool. Did not like it or will recommend. Lost 2 days from my vacation.

I never stayed at the hotel, but I go there every time when on holiday with my family in laws below. We only go for the pool area and it's amazing. The food is great, the drinks are good nice music clean water, friendly environment. You can buy like 8 bottles and 6 plates for like 80 dollars. Love this place!

Worst hotel I went to Mao because of work and I had to get up before 6 am and I chose to stay in LA HORA AZUL because all the good reviews. Music is too loud all night until 4 am and after they turn it off you can hear the tv of every single room very loud too. Room was ok it needs some updates.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT STAY AWAY
