Chuck's Place - Manteca

I'm not sure why someone would have a bad experience here. It's more of a bar than a restaurant, but the service was good. I tried the Ghost pepper burger and as a fan of spicy food, I have to say it was absolutely delicious. The garlic fries paired with a frosty Guinness really enhanced my lunch experience. The atmosphere of the place is unique, with a mix of sports bar and traditional pub vibes. I've been to both types of places over the years and Chuck's place is definitely one of the better ones. It's worth a visit.

This place is amazing. I am from Bakersfield and travel a lot for work. I needed a break and decided to come here to relax. The people here, both customers and employees, were fantastic. The food was delicious, the beer was cold, and the service was excellent. I will definitely make time to come back again. Thank you, Manteca and Chuck's!

This was my first visit to this restaurant and the experience was fantastic. The waitress and chef greeted me and my friend warmly. We had a lot of fun. I ordered the Western burger and onion rings with my drinks, and they were delicious. It reminded me of home-cooked meals. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone in the Manteca area. It has a personal and fantastic vibe.

Was really impressed with this place. Awesome Tri Tip Sandwich for lunch. Chased by an ice cold Bud Light. Be back soon to try something else soon.

Server was non-existent. Had to go get our own menu, Had to walk to the bar to order a drink and food. Half an hour and the server has to acknowledge us. 25 minutes to get a sampler platter. Definitely won't be back. To be fair, sampler platter was good, service sucked
