フィードバックを提供するHow hard is it not to be a Wendys? This courteous staff, not quite fresh food and moderately good. The store was the slowest Wendys I've ever seen since the day they opened, and I just don't understand how they haven't solved the problem so far. The window took a very dry stance and literally pushed the drink out of the window with me. Typically, I do not calculate such chain shops very high, but it takes a lot for me to rate a low, but the store did.
Waited in line for 30 mins for my food. They asked me to park and they would bring my food out. I asked for ketchup and sweet and sour sauce she said she would bring it with my food. So they finally bring it out and walk off. I check the bag no ketchup or sauce. So I pull around and ask she tells me to wait in the line again... Horrible service always slow.. If you are in Mansfield and want.good Wendy's go to the location on 287 and Debbie lane they are 100x better... Honestly ZEROOO STARS
Always good...just watch the young people that wear they mask under their chen and talking while fixing your food..
Easy to get to with two drive thru lanes for ordering. Relatively fast service but it can slow down during lunch/dinner rushes. Accuracy of order has been very high and food quality is good.
Mold spores on food:Ordered Wendy's through UberEats on the night of Saturday 7/8/23. The food was delivered and when I unpackaged the food, I found mold spores on the bottom bun of my Classic Chicken sandwich. I cannot understand how anyone in the kitchen could have missed it. I took pictures as well. I sent in a complaint to corporate and was refunded for my meal a few days later.The support I received was fairly quick but still not an excuse for mold spores on food. Truly disappointed.
