Starbucks - Mansfield

Starbucks is Starbucks however the staff of this location are very nice and attentive. They do not seem to take their time they get you in and out as fast as possible and hardly ever make a mistake but no one is perfect so if it happens they will gladly remake your product again for you. The inside is nice and clean all of the time as well as the outside patio seating area however there are people that visit the outside area and do smoke so you might have to put it up with that smell while enjoying your beverage and your visit. Maybe one day they can run those people off and more people well be able to enjoy the outside area.

I ordered in the app because they are limited at a time, they forget half of my order. I didn't get a refund either. You were very nice.

I had to wait 25 minutes for my phone ahead app purchases at this Starbucks. I will avoid this place like the plaque on Saturday mornings from now on. I don't know what their problem is with their slow service, lack of barrista's, inexperience or what.

Convenient location; in shopping center with restaurants, grocery store, and adjacent gas stations.. Typically pretty busy. Not as friendly as some other Starbucks locations.Parking: Busy parking lot. Difficult to get in and out most times of the day.

I have been coming here for years, from my university days to remote work, and the service, staff, and customer service is ALWAYS top notch. The staff, new and old, are friendly, kind, greet you on the way in, and quickly get my drink order out. I enjoy this location because it feels like home, it's clean, and I can get work done in peace.
