Domino's Pizza - Mansfield

I placed an order at 7:38 pm and continued to check on the status of my order. It didn't go into the oven until 9 pm and the estimated time of arrival was 10:10 pm, nearly 2 hours after placing my order.

I normally don't write reviews, but my order took 2 hours and 10 minutes to be delivered. They completely messed up my order, it was all wrong. I understand they may have only had one driver, but seriously?

This is the worst takeout/delivery service I have ever experienced. My first order was completely wrong, as I did not receive any of the items I had ordered. When I called to inform them of the mistake, the person on the phone simply said they would send it out again next time they had a driver available. When I asked for an estimated time of arrival, they hung up on me. The second delivery was also incorrect, with half of my items missing. I should have trusted the negative reviews and avoided ordering from this place. I am puzzled as to how this establishment remains in business.

Smh ordered pasta and a pizza with garlic sauce on the side which the sauce i paid for and food came no fork to eat pasta and no garlic sauce so i called cause the fork is whatever but my sauce its what i dip my pizza in got told my driver would be rightback witv my sauce well 30 min later im eating cold pizza because he clearly aint coming btw its a 5 min drive away

I placed an order over 45 minutes ago with this place I just called to find out where my order was and whoever answered the phone she was extremely rude extremely rude and very very very unprofessional and she said that they only have one driver and itsays online how long is the order it takes it did not state that was gonna be an extra half hour which who wants an extra halfhour and then your pizza is ice cold this store should be shut down !
