Wendy's - Manorville

Everything was great, but my large fries were only filled to the level of a medium.

I absolutely love Wendy’s! Their food is consistently on point and always arrives warm. The packaging is great as well. The kids enjoy it, and so do I. That's all there is to it!

I ordered a chili and cheese potato, but I received it without any chili. There was no substitution made, and I didn't get a refund either.

I ordered a fish sandwich without cheese, and everything was burnt—the fries, the sandwich, all of it tasted terrible. When I walked in to ask for salt and tartar sauce after having requested them at the drive-thru, everyone was just standing around. They made me wait for my order in the parking lot, and I couldn’t even get a fresh meal. What on earth?!

I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin, but the muffin wasn't toasted and fell apart. The service was terrible, and the staff was rude. I don't know about others, but an untoasted English muffin is practically inedible.
