Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron - Manly

The restaurant is quite lovely. The service was a bit slow, but we were a large group. It wasn't overly busy, though.

I visited the restaurant last Sunday for breakfast. When I arrived, I requested to have a table cleared since it was the only one available that wasn't reserved. The staff member suggested I find another table, but after explaining there were no other options, a man—who I assume was the manager—reluctantly agreed to clean the table I requested. After that, when I tried to place my order, I was informed that we would have to wait 10 minutes for coffee because they were too busy. Overall, the customer service was lacking.

Breakfast at RQYS has truly elevated to new heights. You don’t need to be a member or check in to savor their delightful truffled scrambled eggs or beautifully poached eggs while enjoying breathtaking views of the water. Simply walk in, receive a warm welcome, and select your seat with a view of the marina. I recommend making a reservation, although walk-ins are certainly welcome. We will definitely be returning!
