We celebrated a banquet at the Zarechche restaurant, very disappointed. There was no normal service, for which the institution took UAH 800. We constantly had to place the plates ourselves, because the waiter put two at once, then one and a half tables were empty, or they simply took out the dishes and put them on the edges of the tables, and forgot about the middle. For some dishes, there were clearly not enough grams declared in the menu. Several times, guests got hair in their dishes. For some reason, the establishment itself decided to change the number of plates for serving meat, they ordered 8, took out 6. They did not monitor the emptying of the dishes to take them from the table. The banquet was from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., hot dishes began to be served at 5:00 p.m., and at 6:30 p.m., for some reason, they decided to put all the remaining dishes on the table. Previously, there the waiters put all the empty bottles on the side so that there would be no questions, but we did not have this, and accordingly, at the end of the holiday, they did not add up all the alcohol. In general, the impression of the institution became sharply negative, since there were no such problems before.

This establishment has strange standards and rules! Administrator Irina is a crazy woman who will spoil your holiday with pleasure! One they allow everything, while others are forbidden, and at the last moment! The guests were shocked by the behavior and attitude of the administration! There is no competition, so get drunk!
