A&w Manitowoc

It seems the waitress preferred all other customers to us. The restaurant was on the cold temperature side. We will not be returning.

Going there is always a fun time seeing how the works have fun with each other and laughing seeing this makes it look like they're a family they always have a smile on their faces will definitely be going again!!!!!

Absolutely horrible service, i’ve ordered the same burger everytime i’ve gone and all i want is simply take off the jalapeños, i used to work there it’s not that hard, you just don’t put them on the burger, and everytime ive tried calling the store either they answer and hang up right away or they just don’t answer at all, never going back i know it doesn’t change much but A&W needs to actually care about what their customers want and not what the owners want.

I haven't been to an A&w in probably 25 years. The food was outstanding Burger was on point and the root beer as always is fantastic.

It's a hit or miss. Mostly stop for twist cones. The last visit was a miss. It was smaller than normal, and the taste was a bit off. Otherwise, generally have more good than bad service.
