It's just fine. Sashimi straight from the freezer Katsu: uneven crumbs. Meat not tender Rice: satisfactorily cooked. Shredded cabbage: below average

I have a feeling it's not consistent. The beef tastes nice but the meat should be more. Two or three more pieces will do. I will visit a second time and be more accurate on my review...

Under staffed. the resto can do better in terms of quality service and attending to the customers. most of the food choices are ok. definitely not all. the ramens are no good. try cheese roll katsu for a decent meal. if you've eaten at large tonkatsu restos, this really won't make the cut. menu design not good. Music not good!

Food is ok. Service not so much. The place is supposed to be self-service and pay as you order. But the cashier was interrupting me about drinks so I had to skip my food orders just to give him my drink orders. When the food arrived, the drinks weren't ordered! Also, it's SOP to repeat the order back to confirm but the staff didn't and I had to ask. When he repeated back the order, he did it very fast that I counldn't understand so it served no purpose. 3 stars coz food is ok.
