The chicken tenders and roasted squid were fantastic! However, they advertised crabs, but unfortunately, they were out of stock.

What has happened to this place? The hot Brat-Rindsandwich with gravy used to be absolutely delicious. This was the only spot I would go to for them; I tried other places, but the beef was always fatty, chewy, and just unpleasant. Twin Kuss used to serve beautifully thin slices of juicy, tender beef. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. It was so unappetizing that I ended up throwing it away. The beef was thick, the bread was soaked with blood, and the sandwich was served cold. Goodbye, Twin Kuss. I’m sure you’ll do well with ice cream sales, but word around Manheim, Lititz, and My Joy is that your food quality has seriously declined.

When we walked in, it felt like we had stepped back into the 1970s. The atmosphere was filled with cheerful families and teenagers all savoring their burgers and ice cream. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly, and they all spoke English! I wish we could give more than 5 stars, but since that's not possible, we’ll settle for that. We ordered two cheesesteaks, and they arrived hot and fresh in under 10 minutes, served with a friendly smile from Logan at the register. The meat was so tender and flavorful; I couldn't tell which melted in my mouth first: the meat or the cheese. The bread was soft and fresh, and the sandwich was topped with grilled onions and a delicious tomato purée.

Two times in a row, my crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich was burned to a crunchy and insensitive. It's gone since Mark. You had no leadership when I was there. No one who holds the chefs responsible. They could see the inexperience when they tried to prepare the food.

Placed a largish order tonight via online at 8:15pm with an estimated ready time of 8:31pm. We got there a little after 8:30pm and let them know we were there. We waited a bit and a gentleman told us he forgot to drop in the chicken for the sandwich and offered us ice cream while we waited. That was very nice. However once the order was ready I looked through it and was missing french fries for the chicken sandwich basket. I went in and they gave me the fries. After getting home we saw the cheeseburger sub had tomatoes on it (requested without) and we were missing the extra mozzarella stick we paid for. Due to having to wait the extra time, our food was cold and we only live 5min away. We got back a 9:05pm. Totally understand things happen, but in a previous experience a whole meal was missed, and I was expecting mistakes. There wasn't a big crowd of people waiting or anything, so it was unfortunate this happened on a large order. Workers are very nice, bu. the messing up of the orders is the issue
