I arrived a bit late, but that was totally fine! I placed my order just before closing, and they were still gracious enough to accept and deliver it.

I have consistently received excellent service at this location! The food is always quick, fresh, and delicious, and the customer service is outstanding! This is the best location I've experienced!

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! We've consistently enjoyed delicious food and prompt, friendly service at this location. However, today, Brandon (the manager) truly exceeded all expectations. I was trying to arrange a surprise lunch for my husband, who loves JJ’s, and his family, who were visiting to celebrate a special occasion. Brandon went above and beyond by offering to personally deliver my order, driving well outside of his store's delivery area during the busy lunch rush. I never anticipated such generosity and I’m incredibly grateful to Brandon for his assistance. He is truly remarkable!

I placed an order and had to call the restaurant for an update. On a Saturday, they had only one driver, who never showed up. When I reached out to the store after waiting 45 minutes and then again after an hour, they were unhelpful. Overall, it was a disappointing experience—more like a dumpster fire than just bad service.
