Dunkin' - Manhattan

I went through the drive-thru at 6:50 this morning and was in and out in under 2 minutes. The service was professional, fast, and friendly! Thank you!

I visited the drive-thru around 3:00 PM today. The service was friendly and prompt. They did forget to add whipped cream to my iced latte, but the employee at the window was eager to make it right when I mentioned it. I completely understand that small details can be overlooked, especially since they are still in training. I will definitely return.

This new Dunkin' location just opened in Manhattan, and it's fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They've really gone the extra mile to ensure the store is clean and safe, the food is hot and fresh, and most importantly, that you leave with a smile. The ordering and pickup process is even quicker and easier now, whether I order at the new touch screen kiosks, through the digital menu at the drive-thru, or using the Dunkin' app on my smartphone. I just tried their new avocado toast topped with roasted tomatoes on sourdough bread, paired with a Nitro Cold Brew coffee with Sweet Cold Foam—absolutely delicious! Manhattan truly runs on Dunkin'!
