Bamboo Buffet - Manhattan

Host was rude. Restaurant was dirty, booths dirty, cups, plates all had food on them. The buffet area was dirty and had food all over the counters and floor. My fiancé and I were in there for about 10 minutes before walking out. It was not busy at all and employees were sitting down on their phones. This is the place you get food poisoning from.

That was the worst buffet on the planet close this place down

Bathroom toilet overflowed, most of the tables not cleared, food sitting and untended for the entire visit. I'll be living in the area for at least another 2 years and won't return here.

First time to this restaurant. An employee at the counter just looked at us. I had to offer we were dining in. Not a good first impression. Had to pre-select tip amount upon paying for food with card. Honestly, could have found a similar selection at Panda Express. Not once did any employee check on us, offer to refill our drinks, or interact with us. Had to ask for soup bowls to be brought out; no spoons. Food was mediocre at best and lukewarm. We had such great expectations from the decor of the outside and the excellent Asian market next door. We will not be back.

No ac, super old food. Don't ever come here. Food looks like it was cooked yesterday
