I ordered the Beverly cake, but was disappointed by the lack of gold leaves which were barely present. The taste was good, like any normal chocolate cake, but the texture was not super soft and the cake was crumbling. Despite the reputation of the bakery, I found it to be overpriced and not worth the cost. After three days, the cake went bad and had to be thrown away. The most disappointing aspect was the botched execution of the writing on the cake, which looked like it was done by a child. The presentation was unprofessional and the cake looked ugly. I was embarrassed by how it turned out, especially after spending so much time searching for the perfect cake for my sister. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.

This review is based on their customer service. I placed an order for pick-up and called to confirm its availability, but no one answered. I drove 16 miles only to find out that they had cancelled it because it was not available. When I asked the cashier if they had notified their customers, she said they were busy, even though the restaurant was practically empty when I arrived. It seems like providing good customer service is not a priority for them. I would not recommend wasting your time or money at establishments that do not treat their customers with respect.

My daughter likes only the triple berry cake by sweet lady jane. Usually she is not a fan of cake, but she recently tried a disc of triple berry cake and loves it now. So, of course she has applied for this cake for her birthday. I could order the cake online to pick up. they must order 48 hours in advance. Sometimes they have cake ready to go, but they sell quickly, so easy to order early to make sure they have a cake when they need it. When the day came to pick up, I found a parking lot close to it fortunately. Parking can be a bit tricky, just a fyi. I had no problem, and my daughter was satisfied. even my man, who is not dessert, enjoyed the cake! in addition to cake, they also create delicious cakes, cookies and other tasty ones.

Triple berry cake was very satisfying ?. Not buying cakes from anywhere from now on.
