Pado Pan Asian - Manhattan Beach

The food was Absolutely delicious! This place is a gem in Manhattan Beach. The service was amazing as well. We didn't know what to expect and it is now one of our favorite places!

Ignore the hours on Yelp they are OPEN for lunch! Which I highly recommend for faster and easier waiting experience. We came for lunch and were seated right away but at night there's a wait as tables fill fast. The service was great!! Two young women helping us with happy, friendly, and caring attitudes! We tried a variety of things as a family. Ramen, Xaio long bao, kimchi fried rice, Al's chicken wings, etc. The ramen and wings were slightly spicier than we were expecting (still so worth it). Soup dumplings were warm and flavorful but didn't have much broth/soup in them. Place is small but they have indoor/outdoor ambiance when the weather is nice since they can fully open the windows. Bar has a few TV screens for games as well

The waitress I had (didn't get her name) was sooo kind and helpful so I loved her. But the food was just not that good: it's very expensive and honestly not worth it. The rice was old and the soup dumplings were hard and chewy. I really wanted to love it but yeah. The ramen was good though!

Irene the bartender was great. Recommend an awesome drink the triple b. For bourbon lovers this is a must try. All the food was great made even better by the prompt and friendly service from Irene.

I am sympathetic to the servers and kitchen staff. We ordered food that took way too long to arrive, was either cold or prepared incorrectly. They did their best to make it right but our kids were starving at that point and the food was just ok. I'd skip it next time.
