Jamba Juice - Manhattan Beach

My drink was ready as soon as I finished paying, fantastic customer service!

So it's 5:00pm right now on a Monday 11/28/22 and the lights are off, no one is inside but the doors were left unlocked to where anyone was able to walk inside. How professional.....a manager should check the cameras, see it for yourself.

Stopped in for a smoothie as I hadn't been to a Jamba Juice in a few years. Apparently I ordered an old drink because it certainly wasn't on the menu. Staff was able to make it and it tasted great!

This place was a RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE!I ordered via mobile app. I asked about my order 30 minutes and they left me waiting for nothing.I had asked again and they removed it from their freezer and apologized.This place was busy but they did not pay attention to me the first time when I asked for my mobile order.NEVER COMIMG BACK TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.The others after me had their orders BEFORE ME! Mine was already made but yet they don't ask me for my name or figure out to give me my order.Very disorganized and very bad! TOO CROWDED FOR A SUNDAY!!!!NEVER EVER COMIMG HERE AGAIN!!!

What the heck! This is messed up, every time I go to a jamba juice i always get a full portion, this is not worth my money. When I asked the worker why so little he said that's how they serve it. I love jamba juice and never have i had this experience. Never coming here again! Whack.
