Northshore Best Wok - MANHASSET

This is probably the only Chinese restaurant on Plandome Road. The food is decent, but it tends to be quite pricey, so I sometimes venture out of the city for better deals. The wait times are long, even when you call ahead, and the woman who takes the orders often seems annoyed, even for the simplest requests. I’m not sure what I’ve done to irritate her—perhaps she just doesn’t like me for some reason. All I do is place my order, pay, say thank you, and leave. In the summer, it gets extremely hot since there’s no fan or air conditioning, and in the winter, it’s quite cold. Overall, it feels like they don’t care much about their customers; it’s more about taking your money and moving you along.

The steak was exquisite, and the carrots were wonderfully flavorful. This quaint, charming little restaurant has a lot of character. While the menu is limited, the food is outstanding, with options to please everyone.

Best Wok packs their wonton soups with an abundance of wontons! The food is consistently delicious, and they promptly take orders to get everything cooked quickly. I'm a regular at this place—it's the best Chinese food in Manhasset!

I ordered bones in replacement rib combination... I did it at home and oh surprise... they have 2 ribs...unreal... then I called and they gave me a stance. 0 stars I gave them 1 because I didn't have 0 option.

Delivery is pretty fast and pretty accurate. They often give you free meat shish kabobs with a large order. Their egg rolls don't really have much pork in them. If they did, I would have given four stars
