Cheap and cheerful breakfast by the water. Great location. Good portion sizes. Not huge. Very friendly staff. Very good coffee. Will be going back.

Dropped by for a change of pace a week back with my partner. We ordered breakfast and it was average. The hollandaise on tue eggs benedict was a bit on the sour side, definitely a packet job. My partner said his big breakfast was okay but not really worth returning for.

The worst breakfast I have ever had I ordered the berry pancakes and they came out with packaged pancakes with zero flavour! I also ordered a chocolate milkshake and was flavourless all I could taste was the full cream milk! One of the worst experiences I've had! Hire some real chefs!!!

Have been looking for somewhere to have our weekly sunday breakfast since our long time favourite shut down for the renovations at the Forum, looks like we may have finally found it! Have tried over 15 different eateries on a Sunday to see which ones provided the items we liked, those being...Pancakes, BIG breakfast, bacon & eggs on toast. Didn't have the pancakes this time but will try them on the next visit, had the B&E on toast & the big breaky. B&E with poached eggs on toast & a skinny latte $12, can't go wrong! Big breaky with beans, mushrooms, hash brown, bacon, eggs (I had scrambled) & 2 pieces (yes 2) of toast plus the sausage is a full size breakfast sausage (not the pathetic little chipolatas) for $17.50, $29.50 for 2 breakfasts & a coffee on the foreshore in Mandurah, best value in town. Staff are very nice & we waited about 7min for delivery, so yes we'll be back next Sunday...Don

Had a quick breakfast here. Great coffee. Food is pretty good. If you like crispy bacon though I'd ask for it to be cooked that way. Mine was a little under cooked for my liking. Good location in Mandurah with seating outside in the sun.
