Half of stuff which is on order can not be ordered. Service is mediocre (on a good day), you can watch the staff moving in a real-life slow motion action. I won't return for sure.

Food undercooked also I paid for an assortment of cookies and I received only chocolate ones !

Chicken was cold when arrived.. box was sweaty not impressed

However food was wrong I ordered legs they brought pieces

Excellent customer service! I made a mistake when choosing the pickup location for my order, but one of the staff members stepped in to help me get a refund and even offered a discount to ensure we were satisfied during our visit. Just thanking that person doesn’t feel like enough. I really appreciate their customer service—it’s second to none.
