Wow, the only positive thing was the girl that delivered. And that wasn't her fault. A large pepperoni pizza ordered and it came as pure pizza. Both pizzas we ordered were not even close to being good. Dry crust, tasteless cake, hardly spicy and no fresh garlic on white pizza, which claims to have fresh garlic. In order to make it even worse to call the pizzeria, no help has been given in troubleshooting. In addition, there was a voucher without expiry and calculated me without the voucher because it had expired. Customer service and pizza were terrible. At that moment, I decided that this restaurant, which I had supported for years, did not prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prior to this incident, I had also experienced an order mix-up where half of my order was incorrect. I didn’t notice until I got home, and when I called to report it, they sent a cold replacement half about 30 minutes later. Meanwhile, the wrong half was taken to another customer, and I was left uneasy about eating food that had been in someone else's home. Other restaurants I’ve dealt with have often allowed customers to keep the incorrect order and canceled the charge to maintain loyalty. The owner easily could have given me a pizza as a gesture to acknowledge my dedication as a customer, but it was clear that retaining me wasn’t important to them. As a result, I will not be returning to this restaurant and encourage others to find establishments that truly value their customers.

We have ordered from this restaurant multiple times, especially since it seems to be the only option in Whiting. However, the pizza lacks flavor, the sandwiches barely contain any meat, and the desserts are overpriced and not fresh. My most recent order from last week was so disappointing and costly that I felt compelled to call and express my concerns. I also informed them that I wouldn’t be ordering from them again. Honestly, I find that I can get a better tasting and more satisfying sandwich at WaWa. Save your money and skip this place.
