The restaurant was very clean and efficient, with everything organized and ready for the day. It was my first visit, and I was quite pleased with the experience. The staff were great as well.

It seems that the folks in Manchester by the Sea, also known as Stepford, don't have a grasp on making coffee or enjoying carbohydrates. The paper straws are unpleasant, and I’d rather make my own coffee. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing.

Delicious macchiatos, a clean store, and Ceci’s wrap sandwiches are fantastic. This is the best Dunkin' on the North Shore!

This restaurant offers the best customer service I've ever experienced. The staff are consistently friendly and greet you with a smile. The establishment is always spotless, and the lobby is well-maintained. Overall, I would rate the service an impressive 11 out of 10.
