フィードバックを提供するThe Taco Bell on South Willow Street has really fallen off lately. Every time I order a Power Bowl, something is missing. During my most recent visit, the tomatoes, guacamole, and beans were all absent, and they didn’t even mention if they were out of those items. I always request no cheese, yet it was all melted in there, so I couldn't remove it. It's so frustrating! After so many disappointing experiences, we’ve decided we will never return to that location again.
My friend and I visited the restaurant and both of us are deaf. We waited at the counter for about five minutes, but the staff ignored us completely. Two women asked what we wanted to order, only to walk away without taking our order. Meanwhile, other customers arrived and the staff attended to them promptly. This feels like discrimination, and I will be reaching out to my attorney.
I informed the staff that I was missing tacos and that the two I had were a mess, with juice leaking everywhere. They took the order back and remade the same two tacos, but the situation didn't improve. When I brought up that I was still missing four tacos and the chips, they took the bag back once again. After about ten minutes, the manager came to the window and was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She insisted that I was mistaken and that the tacos were fine, dismissing my concerns about the mess. I pointed out that it wasn’t the same bag they originally handed me, and she responded by rolling her eyes and claiming that it was the remade bag. When I insisted that I hadn’t received that third bag, she threw it into my hand and shut the window. Eventually, they managed to get my order correct, but the manager walked away without any acknowledgment. The worker at the window apologized for what had occurred and for the manager's behavior, which I appreciated. I’m generally not one to take offense easily, but if you’re working in a fast food restaurant, it’s essential to take responsibility and treat customers with respect. I hope that she faces consequences for her treatment of me, as I won’t be returning to this establishment again.
Was picking up an UberEATS order and it took over 15 minutes for someone to greet me and ask who I was picking up for. They hadn't started the order at all even though the restaurant was not busy at all. Had to wait over 15 more minutes for an order of5 items to be done. This taco bell has drastically changed and is not worth ordering from. Highly recommend going to a differenttaco bell entirely.
I waited in line for 18 minutes here to get 2 steak burritos for my boyfriend... i watched another car back out of line. 18 minutes total from order to delivery at the window. ?Fast food?? I don?t think so. And then the girl asked me if if I alreadypaid 5 min after I paid at the window..Save your ! I would have gone to chipotle any other day.
