Sushi Boat is the absolute best sushi anywhere! Who would’ve thought you would get the freshest, tastiest and highest quality sushi in Vermont? But sushi Boat is consistently outstanding! Love the owners, Ralph and Phyllis, food is prepared and served with love! We make it a point to get to Sushi Boat whenever we are anywhere nearby! Would rate 10 stars if I could! If you’re at all a sushi lover coming here is a must! Not only was the food incredible but the service was beyond amazing; you couldn’t possibly be disappointed coming here! I came here on a whim with a craving and at first I was blown away by the thick cuts of the sashimi but then I tasted them and was in love with the quality of the fish! We tried a few different rolls and got seconds of our favorites (which was very hard to choose seeing as how they were all so good) and it’s safe to say we will definitely be back soon. I absolutely love The Sushi Boat! It's a go-to spot for me and my friends to come together, enjoy a tasty meal, and catch up. Family owned since 2006, same vibe as the first time I went in. Such a great family super friendly. Sushi is very authentic. They make any custom roll. My daughter and husband love it and they don’t even eat seafood. He will make any vegetable rolls also. My favorite is the rainbow dragon roll! Vegetarian options: My husband doesn’t eat seafood but got a delicious vegetable roll. Parking: Tons of spots Kid-friendliness: They made a very simple roll exactly how my 9 year old wanted it. Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp directly in front of the door, looks very easily accessible if you were to need to use it.
