Soho Bistro Lounge - Manchester

This place will be out of business soon. Terrible experience.

We scheduled a 4:45pm reservation, but the restaurant didn’t even open until 5. When it did open, they were clearly not ready for customers. There was supplies on the tables, employees were still walking in, lights were still off, no music was playing, it was really awkward. They seated us but then we decided to just leave because they clearly weren’t ready. What restaurant isn’t open by 5pm on a Friday?

A terrible service. we have made reservations, 2 hours before a show over the street. he waited over 40min on the server to approach our table. the waitress took our order. 15min later, no water, no cocktails, no table settings. the waitress returned to say that we can not pull cocktails in the opposite where we were sitting. we sat four meters from the bar, gassing to the left, to our right-hand snuck before us all had cocktails? the waitress was new and didn't know the manager was thinking. we have gone and will never come back!

If I gave it a zero. I made 6 reservations before we visited a show on the arena on the other side of the street. from the moment we were sitting, I knew it would not be a good experience. I was right. we are here at 515 to go @7. not with a series of utensils, are drinks or even a glass of water on our table. the whole section in which we were ended in the same situation and all left. we saw everyone in the event that tasted eating before we saw the show. Thanks for selling food there, we were all very hungry until this time needed a drink or two. we will never come back again or recommend this place to another. and too bad the menu looks good and the atmosphere inside is very nice

My man and I had a reservation for soho bistro in the night when Adam Sandler appeared in the snhu arena. I understand it was very busy, but it was very unorganized. we finally sat about 15 minutes after our reservation, although we arrived there on time, but that was it. we did not see a waiter or a staff sitting there for almost 45 minutes. no drinks, no menu, nothing. we were very disappointed and ended to leave and go to the venue early.
