Olive Garden - Manchester

We went for a late lunch, very slow inside, Friday 3pm ish. We walked in and there was a female server on her sitting on her phone to the left, women on the phone with a customer helping someone, a server behind her standing and two male servers on their phones sitting to the right all when we walked in. I was able to look at each person, not one of them greeted or said hello, one minute or offered any acknowledgment. My husband started to ask one of the servers playing on their phone to the right if we could have a seat. The server placed his phone toward his face like he was busy. At this point my mind was made up, I did not want to provide this place any money nor did I want to give any of the servers my money. I work very hard for my money, and in this economy.. pass We went to the Artesian Burger place, which had a great happy hour, all in the same plaza. They greeted and welcomed us immediately. 10/10 recommend going there instead.

This place is one of my favorite places to eat! The staff is beyond amazing, the atmosphere is incredible, and I can’t even begin to describe how delicious the food is. It’s very well seasoned and deserves a chefs kiss. This place deserves 6 stars instead of 5.

Been to this location many times. Never had any complaints about the service! The wait times are always reasonable. Came here on the Sunday before Memorial Day and it was expected that there would be limited staff. We were seated by the bar area and served by the bartender, Tico. He was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. My family and I appreciated his willingness to go out of his way, even being the only server in that area. Very happy with the service that night.

Was seated before a party of 5 and another party of two and was helped by no one for 10 minutes. The manager and another staff member were standing in front of us and did nothing to help us get served. All they did was crack jokes with one another while we sat and stared without being helped. Our waitress was a great help and very nice, the management staff, not so much. I wanted to bring attention to this since the manager on duty, Bret, did nothing for the customers during this time.
