Mcdonald's - Manchester

A terrifying place! I went in today because my order was messed up, what I saw was crazy, the hired sat in the lobby, which jumped up when I came in, a terrible smell of rotten eating and mashing, the whole place shattered, looked like the floors were not devastated in a month. I would strongly advise to eat here. this location needs better employees/management. I had been a past here, had no idea that this place went so far on the hill. had many nice memories there, so I left. not sure that after what I have experienced today, I will be in a position. You don't even want to eat my food that I bought out fear I'm getting sick. so dirty was the place. the kicker was the front counter girl that only plays the playstation and works on this place that was the other girl as if you didn't make a chöre? She said I didn't do it. it was very annoying. the whole experience. I hope they have it together. was a good one.

Terrible. they gave us the wrong food. they would not replace the order after we waited in the line for like 15mins, then some dude ran the window after we disgusted the job to the other dame there worked. absolutely rude and misuseful workers

This situation is terrible not coming to this. we ordered breakfast in the drive thru before 10:30 when they stop serving the breakfast, it was about 10:20 when we ordered because the line moves so slow. we paid and pulled the next window to get our food, we sat in the window for good 5 minutes before the dame gave up our coffee (which was absolutely disgusting) and she asked us to pick our food because it will be a little longer. So we come out of the line and wait at a place to get our food, 10 minutes later someone comes out and now it was about 10:50, and he tells us that now they can't give us an breakfast because it's over 10:30. we ordered before 10:30 a.m. and because you young couldn't finish it in time, could we not get it anymore? they win us a refund and free meal vouchers, but we will never get back to this location. they save 40 minutes and go to the other in some places

My Coca-Cola wasn't full to the top, I had an inch left to go, and they forgot the BBQ sauce and honey mustard that we had asked for to go with the chicken tenders. On top of that we went at 12:30 a.m. and the menu boards were blank, shut off.Food: 4/5

Worst experience ever at a fast food place. Waited over half an hour for my order while watching homeless people walk in and rummage through the trash for food while getting all the free drinks they wanted out of the soda machine. There was no manager to be found and nobody was working the front. People were demanding money back because of the wait and no one was able to help them. After this experience I will never eat at a McDonald's again or recommend their food. It was terrible.
