Chili's Grill - Manatee County

Short staffed. Food tastes bad. I remember the fajitas. My favorite dish would come out on a skillet hot and steamy and delicious. It's not the case anymore. I would not come back until they change this back to the way it used to be.

We were here last night and the food was great but what impressed me the most was the customer service. It was phenomenal. We never had to ask for refills or flag anyone down for anything. Its become challenging finding a business that makes customer service a priority but the Ellenton Chili's definitely is on top of their game. Keep up the great work!

I've been a regular at this chili's for several years, my wife and I love to just walk in and get a high top in the bar area. The last few times we have gone, they literally booted us out of the bar area because they said we have to wait with the other people getting tables, and you can clearly see several open tables in the bar area. We won't be going back........

Brisket quesadillas. Not very good. Need a better presentation. Better quality meat is needed for this one
