Wendy's - Manassas

I have attempted to get a frosty here in the evening three times on three separate occasions. Each time, the frosty was either melted or the wrong flavor. Today, I tried to order the new orange creamsicle flavor and it was completely melted.

They would not accept an offer I had literally just redeemed on the app. Waited 10 min standing there like an idiot only to end up leaving empty-handed.

The service at the restaurant was excellent. The waitress was very attentive and efficient. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

This location is by far the worst customer service and they overcharged me and gave me a kids cup when I should have gotten a medium cup.

Didn’t include TWO of the sandwiches that were ordered. Fast food is too expensive now to be missing parts of people’s orders.
