D' Vaqueros Bistro Manapla

We dined there last night, but we weren't offered any water. More importantly, it would enhance the experience if the staff greeted customers with genuine smiles.

The restaurant is a nice spot, but it would be even better if they played music in the bistro. There are definitely areas that could use some improvement, but overall, you did a great job!
