Dunkin' - Mamaroneck

I waited for 10 minutes to place my order, but then the server skipped over me to serve someone else. When I asked him about it, he ignored me and refused to take my order.

This is the worst coffee shop I've ever been to. I have no desire to order from there again. Their service is terrible, and they seem to have trouble taking orders or understanding English. I would not recommend this café to anyone. I ordered two wake-up wraps, but they got my order wrong and didn't give me my refresher. Overall, they completely messed things up. I advise against visiting this coffee shop.

I really enjoy this Dunkin' location. It can be a bit cramped, but it's always bustling with activity.

4:50 I came into the store to buy some food and a drink. . The cashier girl with long black hair refused to give me her name not only left me at the cash register for 20 mins to handle one persons order when me and the other customer was the only personin the store . In fact she was very rude and disrespectful she put my money on top of the counter took my order an didn?t evenstart my food. The way she speaks to people she deserve to get slapped so you better handle it because you?re gonna lose a lotof business

The morning n I mean 6am lady is soooooo sweet and chipper. Brings a whole smile to my face n heart
