Dunkin' - Malvern

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited. If you're craving Dunkin', I'd recommend going to the one down the road instead—it’s much better. The drinks here lack flavor and are just awful.

The restaurant was impressive, especially with Guy managing everything on his own. It was very clean, and the sandwiches and drinks were fantastic!

I ordered from this location today and found a small piece of rock in my iced coffee. When I reported it, the staff member said that a manager would call me back, but didn’t even ask for my number until I reminded her. I'm really disappointed with this Dunkin' Donuts and won’t be ordering from here again.

Accommodating staff, very personable. Made the experience enjoyable and entertaining. They threw in a free donut after ordering a dozen. Would highly recommend.
