Wide ranging menu, aims to be modern with interior iPad menus. Not a bad spot for a cup of tea/coffee with some pastries. Does have wifi which is useful and some friendly regular customers also has air conditioning. Don't give 5 stars unless it is amazing so my scale is 1-4 normally. Saw a comment below about scrolling the iPad menu- scroll left/right not up down.

Very expensive. Unreasonable price of food Ordered a veg sandwich and iced tea. The sandwich was for MVR 94 and iced tea for MVR 60 , the quantity of sandwich was less plus very average taste , the total bill was amounted at MVR 180. Including service charge of MVR 15 plus Gst of MVR 10 Will not recommend it. Avoid at all costs.

When we entered Newport, none of the staffs acknowledged us at all. We waited for a while before the fair skinned lady finally gave us the menu. The food took so long to come only to be disappointed with the taste of the pricey food.

The order came very late and food was stale. Worst of all the food is overpriced here. $25 for a burger!? Insane! There are better places in Male' with much better food for a quarter of the price you pay here. Avoid this place at all costs.

Food served here are marinated in homegrown bigotry. The wide array of desserts available barely conceals the acidity of its owners personality (some toxic mass of a man called zahid rameez). Soups are butter-laden but putrefying with tinges of pseudo Islamism. The type that glorifies Jihadist ventures into Syria and capturing Yazidi women as war slaves. Overall, boycott for massive failure to practicing decency.
