Amihan - Malapascua Island

The focaccia we ordered was rather dry, so we had to request some sauce to dip it in. There were a few other vegan options listed on the menu. Overall, it was quite pricey compared to other places we dined at on the island, and we didn't find it very satisfying.

The ambiance of this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The architecture is quite beautiful as well. Many dishes can be made vegan, and I appreciate that they provide information about potential vegan options on their website. I tried the penne arrabbiata, which was a bit on the dry side, but the sauce was delicious. They have a wide selection of wines, but I'm not sure if they are all vegan-friendly. I'll make sure to look into that on my next visit.

Just the view itself is worth visiting this place. The architecture is really pretty as well. Many dishes can be veganized. They also write about possible vegan dishes on their website which is pro. I had the penne al arrabiata which were a bit morning because they did not put vegetables in it but the sauce was nice. They offer many wines but I’m not sure if they are suitable for vegans. I’ll check that on my next visit ;
