Bought two drinks from there and was informed that there's no stock for the straw which they gave us two options, one is buy their reusable straw another one is just drink from the cup without straw. But after we got our drinks and were seated for 5 to 10 minutes, we realised that the customers who came later than us managed to get the straw. What was that?? When we went and asked for that, they said that they get to restock in between that time. Hey, come on lahh you get to restock in between that 5 to 10 minutes which it also rains kind of heavily outside. Please don't give out the straw to customers based on your own preference, everyone must be treated equally. If the straw really ran out of stock, I can totally understand that but if you give out the straw with your own method I really can't take that. Hope that this issue won't happen again in the future. Thank you.

Convenient parking compared to other Starbucks locations in Melaka. Staff could clear the tables more frequently for better dine in experience
