Mantra Bistro - Makati

Food was cold due to food panda have terrible service and even worse customer service. Had to go pick up the food myself because the delivery never came and kept getting pushed back. I am demanding a refund !!!! Terrible! Your agents had the audacity to tell me it’s because I ordered too much causing the delay!

I waited for 3 hours for my food and at the end I get a message that my order is cancelled. Why can't you guys confirm that upfront. There were no restaurants available after that. Really apathetic stupids.

Was very late.... but the food was good all the same

Mediocre chicken tikka. The worst briyani on this planet. Took more then the estimated time to arrive.
