Nippon Grill And Sushi - Maize

The food was quick, fresh, and absolutely delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The portion of fried rice was generous, making it perfect for sharing or saving for another meal. The dumplings and crab rangoon were also excellent. I will definitely return to eat here when I'm back in the area.

I was really let down by this restaurant. The food was much below expectations, with dry cubed chicken and overcooked steamed rice. The seating was uncomfortable in the cramped dining area, and the service felt cold and rushed. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I placed an online order and was charged, but the restaurant has permanently closed. How can I get a refund?

The food is amazing!!!! However, the hours listed on Google and their website are inaccurate. I attempted to place an order when it showed they were open, but no one answered. I then went to the restaurant only to find it completely closed. Today (Friday), I called at 11:30 to place an order, and someone answered in a rude manner, saying they don’t open until 12:30, as if I should have known that. After two days of trying to get Nippon, I ended up going to Emporers instead. What a disappointment!

I really love Nippon; I just wish their website reflected the same hours as the restaurant itself.
