Mcdonald's - Maitland

Excellent customer service! Especially from Manager Eli he and his team went beyond me and beyond. Really friendly and friendly staff, almost makes me want to come from my way past other places only to this.

The only McDonald?s food I feel is at this point. It tastes fresh almost every time. They're almost always on the point with my orders!

Excellent customer service at this McDonalds. I ordered an ice coffee online an forgot to specify I wanted it without sugar. They work so fast and are so efficient that the coffee was ready before I had time to tell them about the sugar request. After I told them, the lady was nice enough to re-make it for me and she even offered me the other coffee since they had already make it. This is the kind of customer service that makes an organization great! Cheers to their management.

The people you have working overnight clearly are way too busy doing whatever they are doing in the back. They rushed us to order (we hadn?t been to McDonald?s in a little while) and were rude then had a line of cars waiting to pay and receive the food. My McChicken looks like someone bit a piece off of it and is loaded with mayo I couldn?t even eat it. I do t understand why people put so much mayo on sandwiches at McDonalds. So messy And you don?t get enough napkins to clean up all the extra mayo they decided to put. This was a waste when nothing else was open I still am not able to eat because your workers weren?t in the working mood and messed the food up tonight. I wish I could post a pic of this messy a$s sandwich ?

This was my Quarter Pounder. How do you undercook a McDonald's burger? Pure negligence! Gross!
