The whipped cream was served in a separate cup rather than on top of the drink, but the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte was delicious!

While at the restaurant, someone wrote my name on the bag, most likely for the delivery driver, but they also added a sweet "have a nice day" message. It really made my day. Starting off Monday with caffeine and a smile - perfection! Thank you!

I ordered two P&J PB&J Protein Boxes and received two completely different boxes.

If I could, I would give this Starbucks a zero, it doesn't deserve a star. I didn't want to believe the reviews from other customers of this establishment, but their reviews are very accurate. This is the first time a Starbucks has refused to make me a freshly brewed Verona coffee (or what is called a pour over in English). The excuse they gave me was that they were only making Sumatra coffee, but I can't drink Sumatra as this coffee has herbs and spices that harm me. The girl working on Wednesday, September 20th at 8:00 in the morning rejected my order to make a Verona coffee as she told me they didn't do that. Then the guy working with her jumped into the conversation and told me he couldn't open a bag of Verona coffee, and could only sell me a Sumatra coffee. I definitely wouldn't come back to this Starbucks. I would drive further to go to another one where they provide better customer service. The owners need to train their employees better or definitely invest and hire new employees.

I have been visiting this restaurant regularly for the past few days and I have noticed that the drinks taste a bit off. I'm not sure why, as I used to work as a barista and I understand that there can be many factors affecting the taste. I usually get the same drink at every location and it tastes fine elsewhere. Unfortunately, this location is the closest one to me. I wish the drink experience was more enjoyable. However, the food is always prepared correctly, the orders are accurate, and the staff are all very friendly. The price per person is $20-30 and I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as a perfect 5.
