Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Friendly and helpful staff. Ices/custards are great, albeit a little pricey. Don't like their rewards program but that's not the store's fault.

What a treat to share at our townwide Ho-Ho-Kus day! So many compliments and positive comments on our delicious giveaway! Mango was the winner!! But lemon and cotton candy were big hits too. Rita’s staff was wonderful to work with and did a great job helping us prepare for 300 hungry customers looking for a refreshing treat!! Thank you so much!!!

I’ve been to a different Rita’s but this particular Rita’s is so cheap with the flavoring on the Italian ice. Their Italian ice is just shaved ice with the smallest amount of flavoring possible.

This is a great location! My favorite thing to get is a gelati with mango ice and vanilla custard. It is expensive but it is a treat and we always really enjoy it. One time my son asked for a few cherries to be put onto his ice cream cone and the man who made his cone (I think might be one of the owners? was so sweet and put a bunch of cherries all around the cone, pushing them in a little so they wouldn't fall off. The look of pure joy on my sons face when he was handed that ice cream!!

It's a Rita's it's delicious not much more to say not sure why there's so many negative reviews I think you all are just mean
