Rammi's Bagel - Mahopac

The menu and selection were really impressive, but I was disappointed with the service at the counter. I had to wait a while before they acknowledged me, as they seemed too focused on their phones.

The food here is quite good. However, the hash browns taste a bit stale. It's disappointing because I really enjoy hash browns with my bacon, egg, and cheese.

This place has really declined in recent months. Be wary of the pricing, as they often add extra charges for sandwiches without proper notice. Today, I ordered a sandwich without cheese due to an allergy, and I noticed cheese being placed on the meat on the grill. I mentioned this to the staff member, but instead of addressing my concern, she just walked away. When I said I didn't want it anymore, she didn't apologize and denied that there was cheese on it. I'm done with this place. It's unfortunate because it used to be really good.

Bagels are good, they have a wide selection of spreads, very tasty. This place is right at the point, very fast service. The staff wasn't too friendly because I just moved to the area and I'm trying out places. This is not too appealing... The coffee is also good. But if you're in a hurry and want a quick bite. Well done.

Wishing I came here sooner because these bagels are pretty damn good. Ordered an everything bagel with chicken salad, and a pina colada smoothie. The bagels remind me of city and LI, different than the small and hard bagels I?ve gotten at other establishments. Staff was friendly.
